  • Your own personalized training plan which you can access via my app. Your programme is updated and adjusted according to your needs.

  • I will help you set nutrition targets, adjustments or habits to complement your performance and support your goals. These can be monitored via the app and on our weekly calls.

  • Weekly 30 min calls via WhatsApp or Zoom. During those we check in on your progress & you get 1:1 coaching. Coaching is a powerful way to help you gain clarity and confidence in mapping your way forward and untangling undesirable habits. This is a transformative process that gets you to challenge your limiting beliefs and pave the way to the life athlete you want to become.

  • Every two weeks we meet in person for a personal training session. This is a one hour session during which we go through one of your assigned workouts or add some new moves specific to your goal.

* Sessions are delivered at LD24 in Cardigan. You will need your own gym membership.
