I’m Marialena — a fitness coach, life coach, and veterinary surgeon helping ambitious women transform their bodies without putting their lives on hold.

I combine years of clinical experience, deep coaching psychology, and practical fitness expertise to help you align your health goals with your personal values — and turn them into a lifestyle you can actually sustain.

But this journey started with me.

At one point, I was burnt out, stuck between ambition and reality — overworked, under-fuelled, and constantly questioning how much longer I could keep it up.

Reclaiming my body gave me the clarity, confidence, and courage to reinvent everything:
I rebuilt my routines, started my business, and began living life fully on my terms.

Now, that’s exactly what I help other women do — through high-level coaching that’s realistic, flexible, and powerfully transformative.

Let this journey not be about restriction and denying your biology.
